At Currumbin Valley Buckwheat, we freshly prepare all products in small batches to ensure premium quality and freshness. Here's what you can expect when ordering from us:
Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. As our products are handmade, please allow a little extra time during peak periods or for subscription orders.
Delivery Options
We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
The default shipping option is Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout) given the nature of the products.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Areas
We deliver Australia-wide. If you're in a remote area or unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
